Wireless internet is available in the session rooms and public areas. User and password will be given during the conference.

Catering

Refreshments and lunch will be provided in the exhibition area during official catering breaks.

Social events

Welcome reception at Stockholm City Hall on October 16 at 6 pm (sharp). This event is sponsored by Stockholm city. Participation is free of charge but pre-registration is mandatory, delegates and spouse are welcome. Stockholm City Hall is situated just behind the Railway station, less than ten minutes’ walk. Make sure to be there in good time.

Conference Dinner will take place at the Vasa Museum on October 18. Transportation will be organized, buses will leave from the conference center at 6:15 pm. Before the dinner we will have a guided tour around the ship. Buses will take us back at 10:30 pm. Participants and spouse are welcome but pre-registration is mandatory. The conference dinner is not included in the conference fee. An additional cost will be added.

Conference admission

Admission to ICRF2018 is by badge only. Carrying the badge is mandatory for all participants. No one will be allowed admission to sessions, exhibition area or social events without a badge.

Smoking

The conference center is a non-smoking facility.

Safety and Security

Please do not leave any bags or other personal belongings unattended at any time, whether inside or outside the session rooms.

Safety instructions will be given in the beginning of the conference. Make sure to notice the emergency exits and the assembly point. The Emergency number in Sweden is 112.
